The Eagles enter 2025 under the guidance of new coach Andrew McQualter.

"Mini" has spent the pre-season implementing his new set of expectations for the side that has struggled in the past few seasons. 

The mix of youth coming through the ranks, plus the inclusion of dual Richmond premiership players sees the Eagles head into Round 1 with a nice mix of experience and youth.
