Vicky Cleary got tired of going it alone. Not because she couldn't, but because she started asking a better question.

"I started to think about how can I make my entrepreneurial journey more collaborative? How can I stretch myself and find some other people that can work alongside rather than always just being me, myself, and I?"

That shift, from competition to collaboration in the coaching space, is at the heart of this conversation. Whenever Kristi Windish and I get together one on one, we’ve learned to block our calendars for longer than we think we need - these girls can talk! And our conversation in this episode is no exception.
