From a Canadian upbringing to “last chance to be in the NHL” Zach Carlin took big dreams from a (VERY) small Canadian town. 

I feel so good to get to call Zach Carlin my friend- AND I had the pleasure of previously guesting on Zach’s Summit Chasers podcast. We connected quickly and I am so glad that we did. An early takeaway for me- was that Zach crafts one heck of a bio when he releases a podcast. I vowed to improve the specificity of my Podcast bios (Here is my first improved effort!) 

Zach took to Fitness at an extremely young age as well. It’s incredible to me how someone who had very specific interests at such a young age-started to rack up success so early. Zach is a 3X professional athlete-who also developed his winning habits that would lead to a highly successful business career. 

However-as with most success stories-there has been struggle along the way.

Good news is that recovery and athletics also occurred.
