In this episode, we talk about cleansing your body, which will jump-start your mind.
The goal of this cleanser is to activate/assist your thyroid and metabolism at the same time to cleanse out your body of any bad toxins. We want to get them cleared out also heal your gut if needed.
This cleanse will last for 14 days.
If you follow this you will feel better, have more energy, drop some body fat and most definitely see a difference in your body.
Items:
- 1.Apple cider vinegar
- 2.Lemons
- 3.Cranberry juice or tea
- Spinach or any leafy greens
- Oatmeal or any other sources of fiber you prefer
- Chicken or fish
- White potato or sweet potatoes
- A lot of water
One tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in the morning you can mix it with your cranberry juice or tea with half of a lemon in the morning and at night.
Make sure you squeeze another whole lemon inside of your water throughout the day.
Make sure you're drinking at least 3/4 of a gallon of water a day.
No processed foods, no alcohol, no sugars, beef, and no pasta. Just fresh fruits and vegetables don't forget your good fats. The main items you'll need are the first 3 on the list. Those together power this cleanse at the same time I'll have you intermittent fasting, which will start the process of sucking the fat off your body.
If you've never done it before I'm going to introduce you to intermittent fasting, while we cleanse your body.
I don't want this to be too complicated for you I'm trying to make it as simple as possible.
When you start I want you to have a 10-hour gap between your last meal and your first meal of the day and we want to work that up to 14 hours by the end of the fast. 14 hours fasting and 10 hours of eating.
Example:
If you go to sleep at 10 pm stop eating at 8 pm.
By 6 am you can eat again.
That's just an example. Make this fit your life.
Your fiber intake is going to happen at night (its a lot easier if you can get fiber in a powder form) this will keep you full when you wake up and help you progress deeper into longer fasting.
Apple cider vinegar will be taken in the morning and at night( make sure you mix your apple cider vinegar with cranberry juice or tea)
Eat as many leafy greens and lean meats as you need (you're not dieting ) during your eating window and don't forget your carbs and fats.
