On this episode, we’re talking about sex, my question to you is why are you giving it away so easily? 

Believe it or not, sex is spiritual. Sex is an act worship. Look at it this way. Alchemy is governed by the laws of equal exchange. You have to be willing to give up something to receive something. Why does that matter? You lose a piece of yourself every time you have sex with every female that comes your way, so what are you getting in return?

Males have been conditioned to identify their masculinity through the women they sleep with. Let me tell you, that pulls you further and further away from being masculine. Closer and closer to being a fool.

Lust is one of the biggest roadblocks we face, and we become slaves to its will. Why is that? Before we’re molded as very young children to seek it and love it.

There’s a strong reason why every culture, religion, governing entity, and even animals praise unity. You are the head of your legacy, 

What legacy are you creating?

Every time you masturbate to porn, all the time wasted chasing girls just to get off instead of attracting your ideal woman. All for a Single moment they can destroy your life.

Homework 📚 

• What type of legacy are you leaving behind take a hard honest look? 
• Now that answered that question. What type of legacy will you plan to leave behind?
• Do you control sex or does it control you?

It’s extremely easy to allow yourself to take a backseat to life. Because you have a pre-conceived thought 💭 that doesn’t allow you to release what’s inside of you. 

Roadblocks are a real thing. We look 👀 over the small things in life, which keeps us stuck in continuous mind-blowing cycles. Your disability whatever that maybe is your strength only if you allow yourself to believe it.

• Expect and accept who you are and let’s get to work.

In this episode, we talk about finding the woman of your dreams. I talked about this in a previous episode but I didn't go into detail. On today's show, my goal is to help paint you a picture of exactly what you have to do.

We talked about light attracting light and what that means. Most of us never arrived at our destination we usually wander around for years and never make it, why is that? Let me tell you. We don't know what want, we don't know how to get it and we're not willing to change ourselves into the person that will attract the opposite sex.

It's not all about how you look, it's all about your presence. Actions speak louder than words. Body language speaks louder than actions. Let me ask you. What type of energy do you give off when you enter a room? 

Will you be a force to be reckoned with or are you bursting in fear. Women know what they want before men do but men lead by decision.

Homework:

• Have you outgrown your inner child?
• Are you ready to be within that which helps you build for the future and not destroy it?
• This is a big one, are you willing to travel far outside your comfort zone to find a woman, not a girl that fits you perfectly?

Once you understand what you can do, that’s nothing you can’t do.

As you continue this never-ending metamorphosis this mental and physical and spiritual transformation replace all of your doubts with love. I need you to see your life through the lens of love. 

If you love yourself enough you will do, you will commit, you will make it happen.

Make sure every major muscle group in your body is fully stretched and warmed up.

• 6 Days of work 1 day of rest
• Workout 🏋️‍♀️ duration of 40 minutes.
• 45 seconds on 30 seconds rest
• Each rotation will last for 6 minutes
• 7 rotations

1. Squats
2. Push-ups from the ground
3. Ab crunches
4. High knees
5. Burpee
6. Alternating lunges
