Carl Jung, swiss psychiatrist (1875-1961), identified something we do as humans: we compartmentalize and reject the sides of ourselves we do not like and are ashamed of. We don't want to see them... we then project these parts onto other people. He calls this the "Shadow Self", and in today's episode I'm going to ask four questions you can use to help you identiify your Shadow Self. YAY! :) :) Let's uncover the things we hide from ourselves and bring them into the light of healing.

We will also talk about how to heal and integrate ALL parts of you, postpartum and always, so you are more unified within yourself and don't live in shame. And have better mental health and emotional connnection and capacity with others! Let's just feel more love, shall we? Then our vibrational energetic state will increase and so many problems just solve themselves...

I will also share my own Shadow parts as well! Let's put the shadow into the light of healing, postpartum and always.
