Episode 5 guys is all about Sober firsts and how I dealt with them. Going sober is not easy and alongside that, you now have to experience moments that you would previously correlate a celebration with drinking and getting on it.

From your first Christmas which is one of the hardest for me as first time going sober I cracked, to birthdays and holidays especially. I relay the heartbreak of my wedding and missing out on the girl's first few years. Through this podcast I will explain that they were hard but how I look back at them and  see how much my life has changed since becoming sober and have a new lease on life.
