Dr. Jennifer Reid is a board certified psychiatrist, mental health advocate, and award winning medical educator with a private practice specializing in anxiety, insomnia, and women's mental health. She attended medical school at Columbia University and completed her psychiatry residency at UCLA. She currently volunteers her time as the creator, editor, and host of the Reflective Doc podcast, interviewing physicians, therapists, coaches, and other national figures who are helping in their own powerful way. Additionally, she is active as a contributor to Psychology Today with her blog, Think Like a Shrink, and has been featured in KevinMD, Docsimedy, as well as interviews in multiple podcasts, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Guardian, and Giddy Health.
