Self Love and More
Sharing some insight into my story with self love and how I recently needed a reminder of what it's like to be on a self love journey.
We go through some ways to practice self love and either begin or be on this journey depending on where you are at.
We talk about that mean voice that pops up in our heads and how the power of affirmations and positive self talk can help us reframe.
At the end of this episode there are some journal prompts and they are also shared below.
