Understanding that everyone in all walks of life has their own type of race that they are running. From completing challenging tasks, to persevering through life's most difficult moments.

I want my listeners to know and maybe even understand that it is okay to have some alone time; personal space. To reflect, recharge and then be re-ignited.

I want my listeners to be as engaging as possible when I start to really discuss more on how important it is to take care of your mental heatlth.
