Even the green grass has a voice; the spilled green leaning

into the wind, speaking to the soil and the leaning trees;

their bulbous brown hands catching and cupping sound.

The black sticks of Chinese lift as bees feet in tiny

imprints; the estranged walking voice of a travelling bee hazily

revisiting the blue painted windowsill. All seasons pass through here

with a destabilising force, how can I miss this voice?

I am the spring pink blossom remembering herself once again in the early

darkness, encircled with the slowing grey notes of even greyer doves,

my pen is suddenly a still twig in a once active beak; the unfinished nest.

The restless of deer, can be settled by cool drinking, and in the summer

their twitching ears are the rising silhouette of tall and wispy grasses.

Brown fur backs, are twilight tentative, as hush enters the spaces before them,

silence extending into new paths, after the soporific bees have remembered

their way back.

就连青草也有声音；那泼溅的绿

在风中倾身，与泥土和倾斜的树木交谈；

它们那棕褐色厚实的手，捕捉并捧起声音。

汉字的黑枝如蜜蜂的小脚印抬起；

一只旅蜂陌生游走的声音，朦胧地

重访蓝油漆的窗台。所有季节

从此经过，带着不稳定的力量，

我怎能错过这声音？

我是那粉色的春花，在早早降临的黑暗中再次忆起自己，

被愈发灰暗的鸽子那渐缓的灰色音符环绕，

我的笔突然成了曾经活跃的鸟喙中

一根静止的细枝；那未完成的巢。

鹿儿的不安，可借清凉的饮水平息，夏日

它们抽动的耳朵，是纤细高草升起的轮廓。

棕色的鹿背是谨慎的薄暮，

当它们前面的空间变得沉默，

寂静延伸至新的小径，

在催眠般的蜜蜂记起归途之后。

海伦·普莱茨（Helen Pletts）是一位生活在剑桥的英国诗人，其作品已被译为中文、孟加拉语、希腊语、越南语、塞尔维亚语和意大利语。她是中国诗人马永波诗歌的英文合作译者。

普莱茨的诗歌创作屡获殊荣：五度入围布里德波特诗歌奖（2018、2019、2022-2024），两度入选《里亚尔托》自然与地方诗歌奖长名单（2018、2022），入围银杏生态诗歌奖（2019）、英国国家诗歌大赛（2022），获广场散文诗大赛亚军（2022-23）并再度入围该奖项决选名单（2023-24）。

她出版的三部诗集包括与罗米特·伯杰合作的插图诗集《你的眼睛守护着软趾雪花莲》（2022年），以及由青年作家组织/传奇出版社在艺术委员会资助下出版的早期诗集《瓶子银行》（2008年）与《致训诫之鸽》（2009年）。其获奖散文诗收录于《广场奖选集》，生态诗歌见于“打开快门”出版社与“墙头蝇”出版社的选集。作品广泛发表于《国际时报》《民众之声》《墨汗泪》《美学》《奥比斯》《麦基诺》《剑桥诗刊》《沼地芦苇》《湖上诗刊》《城邦》《欧洲诗歌》《诗虚拟》《魔法》《原始传说》《德胡萨》《诗界》《理念的圣痕》《菲利克斯领域》。
