Tel Aviv Pride hits historic numbers
Nearly a quarter of a million people from near and far have just made this year’s Tel Aviv Pride Parade a truly historic celebration. This was the city’s twentieth pride parade, what started off as a modest gathering for L-G-B-T-Q rights back in 1998 has since exploded into the Middle East’s single largest festivity for gay equality and free expression.

The Jewish U.S celebrity Chef Anthony Bourdain, who has long been the host of CNN’s food and travel show ‘parts unknown’ has taken his life over the weekend. What makes this even more devastating is that the tragedy is actually the second high profile Hollywood suicide this week. At just 55, famous designer Kate Spade also committed suicide.
