Burgers are hugely popular on the London food scene at the moment. Seeking inspiration from America - the undisputed home of the burger, it seems that in London the dirtier and greasier the burger, the better.

To find out more, we went along to the slider decider- a competition organised by the Gun pub near Canary Wharf where we talked to blogger Bergerac, Masterchef winner Tim Anderson, and Bloomberg food critic Richard Vines.
