The State Capture Commission will seek to hold former president Jacob Zuma in contempt of the Constitutional Court for refusing to appear before Judge Zondo on Monday. If the commission succeeds, Zuma could face imprisonment. What does former president Zuma's refusal to appear before the State Capture Commission mean for politics in the ANC, and South Africa at large? In this episode, I analyse this political impasse.
