I'm away off on vacation with my family and behold, all the time walking and still working out, my knee started to swell to the point where it actually went numb.

Now, typical me fashion in the past would see this as a small hurdle and just "beast mode" through this and continue to push myself as I normally would.

However, this was a whole new level of swollen-ness and it came to be that a trip to the urgent care center prompted me to submit to a knee wrap and "slowing down".

I had to slow down, in order to speed up.
