Hello, everyone! Welcome to the 7th episode of "Masters Of 00s." Recently, "Blossoms Shanghai" has been popular, and as two hosts who grew up in Shanghai, we have a lot to say.
90年的上海，似乎是一个充满欲望、纸醉金迷，却又有着“努力就能逆天改命的希望”的时代；而今，我们却好像步入了一个“拒绝内卷、躺平算了”的低欲望社会。因此，我们想来聊聊不同时代背景下，人们不同的生活状态与对于“成功与欲望”的不同理解；我们邀请来了三位现居上海的嘉宾（05后男高生、00后海归党、70后创业党）与我们分享他们的过往经历与对当代人“躺平”的见解。

In 1990s Shanghai, it seemed to be an era full of desires and extravagance, yet also had the hope that "hard work could change fate." Today, it seems like we've entered a society of low desires, where people reject competition and prefer to take it easy. Therefore, we'd like to discuss the different life states and understandings of "success and desires" in different eras. We've invited three guests currently living in Shanghai (a high school student born in 2005, a returned overseas student born in 2000, and an entrepreneur born in the 1970s) to share their past experiences and insights on the phenomenon of "lying flat" among contemporary people.

ChatGPT has been popular recently, and there are many other software related to artificial intelligence that are rapidly developing, bringing assistance or crisis to various industries. Looking into the future, perhaps this is an endless journey of science fiction, an endless intertwining of emotion and technology, or a means for humanity to deepen its understanding of itself. It may mean some people losing their jobs, some technologies becoming obsolete, or it may overturn our understanding and demands of emotions. However, no matter where the endpoint is, this is like another unstoppable "industrial revolution." And all we can do is look forward.
