In this episode we talk about college recruiting for current juniors who are just beginning, or are a few months into the recruiting process. First and foremost, block out the noise and know that this in YOUR PROCESS. Start, but don't rush it. Here are some takeaways I want you to consider...

  • It's about fit. Establish your pillars (region, proximity to a city, school size, academics, etc.)
  • Learn from conversations with coaches about what you want, and what you don't want
  • Speak up for yourself when trying to get recognized
  • Don't wait for them to find you

    • This is always the first conversation we are having with athletes. At the end of the day, everyone's process is different... but you have to start.
