As a serial entrepreneur, Putnam enjoys building and growing The New Flat Rate, coaching, and sharing best practices with other small business owners and dabbling in multi-unit rental properties.

Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her husband cheering him on as he remodels historic homes and hiking with their four young children.
