The death of George Floyd in Minneapolis was the catalyst for nationwide protests against racial prejudice and police brutality against African-Americans.

Our nation is at a great divide on how best to handle the ongoing racial tension. Meanwhile, the protests, riots & looting, destruction of property, the call to defund law enforcement, and political finger-pointing continue.

Is it possible to find a real solution to deescalate tension and reconcile race relations?

I believe so and it has nothing to do with politics, bans, or force.
