In this episode you will hear how Charles retired before the age of 60. Charles was born in the South Side of Chicago and his biological father was not in his life. There was too many in the family with a 2 bed, 1 bath house so he was sent to live with his Grandparents. Charles joined the Army when he was 18 and discovered that it was not for him but figured out very quickly how to move up in Rank. When Charles started working he figured out that he needed to save money aside if he wanted to have a certain lifestyle. When he joined the Army he was married and had his first child at 21. After 7 years in the Military Charles decided to become a police officer in Las Vegas and this was something Charles completely embraced. Charles believe's in CBA (Conceive, Believe and Achieve) which is a great mindset to have. Charles had planned for his retirement financially but had to mentally prepare for his retirement. An acronym that Charles likes to use is MINS (Most Important Next Step) to get him through life which is a great acronym to live by.
