In this episode you will hear Nike talk about how she works with families that are seeking to move their businesses beyond the current generation and she helps them bridge the gap between the now Gen and the next Gen, she is a Succession Specialist and a 2nd generation family business owner.  Nike grew up in Nigeria, her father started his own business when she was born.  The company started out as a medical supplies company and them grew in to a construction business, real estate development company and engineering company.  Nike attended her university education in London where she earned an accountant degree and worked in the corporate world for a few years but always had the entrepreneur bug in her because of her father.  Nike went back to Nigeria planning to stay for only 3 months but eventually wanted to stay where the family business was and work with her Father.  This is a very interesting story and great listen with some important takeaways for everyone.
