Monique Farmer is an adventure guide who founded an outdoor adventure community called Women Want Adventure, running epic trips across Australia and New Zealand for like-minded female frothers who want to hike, kayak or canyon. Covid threw a fairly sizeable spanner in the works for Mon, but she’s bouncing back! I love what she’s doing with her company and enjoyed chatting about how and why she built this movement and where we’re at with equality in the outdoor industry.
