For a while my parent company was doing this survey process with clients and there was ONE thing that was consistently mentioned in our client reviews as a fan favorite. And this survey process would actually ask them a series of questions and they would free form answer… I tell you this because it’s not like they picked this one thing from a list of items. It was something they came up with off the top of their head when asked about the professionalism of our practice.
It kept coming up and I was scratching my head because I thought it was just such an ODD thing to see constantly mentioned as an amazing part of our process. Sometimes it’s the simples things…
I’m guessing you want to know what that one thing was…. OUR AGENDA! Now before you hit skip on this podcast because you already use an agenda hear me out.
Your agenda can do SO MUCH MORE than just guide your meeting. In fact, when you apply some psychology to it, make it part of your systems of efficiency, design it to add value to your meetings and use it as a way to increase your personal relationship with your clients… it clearly becomes one of your clients, your teams’, and your favorite things.
Today’s podcast is all about the anatomy of an effective, efficient, and enjoyable agenda. I’m going to share with you the exact layout and format of the agendas we used in my business to do all the things I mentioned before AND help me run a tight meeting that was jam packed with value, eliminated redundancy, and helped our office run like a well-oiled machine.
