"Everyone has friends but me."
We wrote these two statements in a list of 14 statements the other day. We were feeling lonely. This BRAVE LOVE episode tells more of our story, and shares how we navigated and began to resolve our real feelings.
Loneliness is like a thunderstorm. It feels dark and unsettling--and we can forget that others experience loneliness, too. We're not the only ones who hear thunder. There isn't anything uniquely wrong with us--because we're experiencing feelings of loneliness.
