Someone who was talking, planning and working in this space long before it was on everyone’s lips. Pia Heidenmark Cook, fmr. Chief Sustainability Officer of ingka group/IKEA now sits on a number of Boards, has been creating and delivering results in the drive to decarbonisation. 

It was great to talk to a veteran in this space and Pia took us on a comprehensive journey of how IKEA transitioned their fleet from an ICE operating model to EVs. A journey that many retailers are going through now. IKEA had been on this journey for a while and I got insights from PIA on pain points as well as the gratifications the organisation received shifting to EV solutions.
