She is a trained babywearing educator and has had the benefit of working with Dr. Bill Sears, Raylene Phillips, MD and Lela Williams, PhD, among others on the importance of babywearing and the fourth trimester. She is currently editing The Babywearing Book with Dr Bill Sears. With a background in PR, reality TV, and filmmaking, she believes in the power of storytelling and the importance of strong and meaningful relationships.
She is passionate about babies, babywearing, birth, yoga, natural living and healthy eats. When not online reading and writing about all of the above, she can be found spending time with her daughter, creating their family story in their home of Los Angeles.
