Near Death Experiencer, Sharon Cormier is now a yoga teacher, meditation instructor and inspirational speaker. She believes that having a Near Death Experience is mostly about how to live here, right now in this moment. Her study of Eastern philosophy has increased her understanding that an NDE helps us to awaken, to experience the truth of life rather than live in fear of death. Using this experience Sharon teaches her students the wisdom of living as a wise person would, as well as letting go of fear, especially the fear of death. Her books "Where The Lotus Blooms: Finding Inner Peace through Mindfulness, Yoga and Meditation," and "AFGEs: A Guide to Self-Awareness and Change," (co-written with Barbara Harris Whitfield) are about bringing enlightenment to all of us...that it is our birthright as a human being to have an open and peaceful heart/mind.
