As living beings, we literally vibrate with energetic frequency. The body resonates at a frequency between 62 to 72 Hz when healthy. Disease starts at 58 Hz. Death begins at 25 Hz. And, there is a good reason for the expression "scared to death" because the frequency of fear is 19 Hz.

When we experience low-frequency emotions, it's important to know how to return to a healthy state to protect against chronic health problems. The frequency of laughter is 270 Hz and the frequency of love is 528 Hz. Laughter is indeed great medicine!
