Karen Gerrard launched SEAMS because she spotted a gap in the market for a healing hand cream that could be used by milliners and others working with delicate fabrics.

Knowing nothing about making cosmetic products, she found someone to help her develop her initial idea and SEAMS handcream was born.

Her product now has a cult following amongst TV and film stars, beauty editors and make-up artists, and she has recently gained her first International stockists.
