Inspired Soles co-host Carolyn Coffin spent the first three decades of her life dabbling in road running before finally getting hooked in 2011. Since then, she has excelled at every distance from 5k (18:58) to the half marathon (1:28:53), with the odd marathon attempt. A former physiotherapist with an educational background in kinesiology, Carolyn has operated her own Health Coaching practice since 2012, where she also coaches recreational road runners.
