We dive into some topics around comp prep that generally don’t get discussed, or are often disregarded! When it comes to deciding to compete, where people go wrong in preparation with setting up for a successful prep, where people go wrong with preparing for the post comp phase, why you shouldn’t just compete because a coach told you to, and discuss the mindset factors around it all, we also keep today’s discussion relatable to a fat loss phase in general!
