Dennis Wade is the President & CEO of the Jackson Companies, which owns and manages; Ocean Lakes Family Campground, Prestwick Country Club, Sayebrook, and Crystal Lake Mobile Home Village. Ocean Lakes is the largest campground on the east coast and Prestwick Country Club was voted Most Prestigious course in Myrtle Beach.

Dennis shares the origins of this amazing company dating back to the 1920's when the original land acquisitions were made by the Platt Family. Then he brings the company to present date and details the development journey of Sayebrook including their multi-year project with Target during 2008 financial crisis.
