I’ll admit something upfront: I’m not naturally joyful all the time. Even growing up in Venezuela, where most people seem to radiate happiness, I’ve had my fair share of days where I focus on what’s missing instead of what’s good. Yes, my brain loves to do that thing it does.

But here’s the thing: joy is a skill. It’s something we practice. And God gives us so many little tools to help us do it.

In this episode, I share a few of my favorite ways like how simplifying your schedule can actually give you more peace than a week at a spa, and why doing something kind for someone else instantly boosts your happiness.
