On this episode I have my good friend and amazing hair stylist, Robby, here to talk about what it means when we are our own worst critics. We are going to be talking about this topic and how it relates to our own self-views and how being too critical of yourself can be damaging. Specifically related to the beauty industry where Robby works, we are going to be talking about how many people are unable to see their own beauty because they are comparing themselves to others on Tv or social media. I thought this would be a fun episode after talking with him about how so many people struggle with this on a daily basis.
