King Arthur and his court take a pause during a journey to relax in a meadow, and while doing so, a pure white stag runs through the festivities being chased by a pure white hound. Soon after they dissappear, a knight and his damsel come into view, and a third knight attacks him, grabbing the lady and stealing away with the damsel on his horse. King Arthur asks for a volunteer to follow them and find out whats going on and Sir Gawain volunteers along with his brother. A series of adventures ensue.

Competition among med schools was intense, and soon bodies began disappearing from local graveyards, followed by murders of innocents for hire to shady med school professors and operators.
