Jennifer Pelham, MSW currently works as a Senior IT Consultant / Prosci Certified Change Practitioner at a large healthcare organization. With a background in Corporate Social Work, Jennifer has experience in information technology, change management, human resources, and internal communications.

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and a Masters in Social Welfare with a concentration in Macro Social Work and Leadership and lives in Voorheesville, NY with her husband and two kids. Connect with Jennifer on LinkedIn.

Along with her co-founder, Michelle Rojas, Jennifer started the Corporate Social Work Collective, an organization dedicated to advancing the field of Corporate Social Work by building community, education, and advocacy.

Michelle Rojas is a Corporate Social Worker, an experienced Diversity and Inclusion leader, and cross-sector athlete with a career spanning across roles with social impact organizations, non-profits, and mission-driven companies. Michelle currently works as the Associate Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at Spring Health, an EAP working to eliminate every barrier to mental health while also building the mentally healthiest and highest performing company possible. Michelle has her Bachelors and Masters degree in Social work.
