Jared placed third at the 2016 Olympic Marathon Trials and later that summer, earned an impressive sixth place at the Olympic Marathon in Rio. Jared's running accomplishments are long and prestigious, including a personal best at the Boston Marathon of 2:09:25 in 2019.

Jared has run the New York City Marathon four times and soon it will be five - he will line up on Sunday, November 6th for the TCS New York City Marathon!

In this conversation, we chat about Jared's training, an injury hiccup, grabbing a personal best in the 10k this summer, balancing life as a husband and dad of five, plus looking ahead to the future of his running career.
