Negar Mojtahedi is an Iranian-Canadian journalist, award-winning documentary filmmaker, and television host based in Vancouver, British Columbia. She currently serves as a multi-platform reporter and host for Iran International English, where she hosts the weekly program Eye for Iran. Her reporting focuses on human rights, women’s protests, political executions, and the Iranian diaspora. Negar is also known for her documentary My Dream Goes All the Way to Iran and has contributed to Global News, CTV, and CBC. She brings a sharp, firsthand perspective on Iran and the broader Middle East from the perspective of the Iranian-Canadian community.
