About our guest, Lucritia Stewart, Clinical Social Worker:

Lucritia, affectionately known as “Cri” is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia with more than eight years of clinical social work experience as a Medical and Psychiatric Social Worker. Cri is currently serving as a Public Health Advisor for the Federal Government, and has a wealth of experience in providing direct clinical services to pediatric, adult and geriatric populations in inpatient and outpatient medical facilities as well as community-based settings. She is an expert in public health advocacy, evaluation and treatment planning, as well as evidenced based modalities to address concerns of clients while improving one’s quality of life and healing.

Since attaining her Master of Social Work degree, Cri has dedicated herself to cultivating and educating young black social workers through resource findings and networking in the DMV area. Although she’s done this informally since 2015, Cri decided to create Bold Black Social Worker, LLC, a platform which provides DMV areas bold black advocates a safe atmosphere where one is able to focus on professional development and personal well-being . Cri strives to support the social work community by guiding others in achieving their highest potential through affordable clinical supervision, career & case consultations, as well ASWB/NASW Board Certified CEU’s and networking events throughout the Washington D.C Metropolitan area.
