Vlad The Impaler, AKA Vlad Dracula III, is surely one of the most twisted people of all time. The sometimes ruler of Wallachia in modern day Romania, he got the nickname 'The Impaler' by well... impaling people. Thousands and thousands of them. He is also claimed by many to be the inspiration for Bram Stoker's Dracula character.
