Greetings, and welcome back to the rose bros podcast.
This episode we are joined by Bryden Teich - Bryden Teich, Partner and Portfolio Manager at Avenue Investment Management - a independent private wealth management firm with approximately $400 million under management.
Bryden joined Avenue in 2013 and earned his CFA designation in 2015.
Prior to joining Avenue, Bryden spent time working in Debt Capital Markets at TD Securities.
He graduated from the University of Toronto in 2012 with an honours degree in Economics.
We sat down for a smooth cup of rose bros coffee and discussed investing your own money alongside clients, avoiding zero, taming volatility, why markets aren’t efficient, the value in recognizing patterns, avoiding fragile assumptions, thinking independently, admitting you’re wrong, what makes a good investment & generating creative investment ideas.
Enjoy!
