They talk about Masami’s life journey, and how as she traveled the world, she noticed the inequities in different countries, and how those with so little to give often gave the most. This left an indelible mark in her perspective, especially as she became a mom, and resulted in her founding B1G1 in 2007 to propel more positive action into the world. Today, this novel organization serves over 3,000 companies around the globe from high-end New York City restaurants to your favorite local business.

Masami’s career has followed her diverse talent and skills having been a teacher, translator, natural food chef and farmer, author, award-winning entrepreneur and mother of two teenagers.
