Cassaundras story is so powerful with so many lessons of the grit, resilience and power of a decision in your life. No matter what you are dealt as a child, no matter what hardships you faced, you have the power to decide to create a different life and to shift the reality your children experience.

It all starts with you and your decision to choose differently. We chat through childhood trauma, as well as how parenting allows us to also heal and reparent parts of our own inner child as we parent our children.
