Here’s the thing: We all want to grow. But the thing about growth is, very rarely is it comfortable or painless.⁣

Much like building new muscle, growing ourselves personally, spiritually, and emotionally can be painful; it doesn’t feel natural or comfortable. When we feel that resistance, what do we do? We go back to what feels comfortable.⁣

But nothing grows in comfort.⁣

Each type is connected to wings, stress numbers, and growth numbers. And it’s in the growth numbers that we can access our growth and leadership superpowers.⁣

The goal is to be the healthiest version of yourself and your type.⁣
