Today I'm serving up a big old hot mess of hormone truth for my girls who love Jesus and fitness but want to have a cup of coffee, some spicy food, or dark chocolate without a hot flash and are desperate to feel good again and get that hormone weight off.

I prayed so much about whether or not I should share this, but I believe God wants us to be real about our struggles and what He has brought us through. Don't you? That doesn't mean it's going to be easy though...

Honestly, I'm a bit nervous to open up about my hot mess of a hormone journey because I feel very exposed and vulnerable, but I wish I would have had someone tell me the things that I'm going to share with you today.

Although every woman's hormone journey is different, and I'm not a doctor, it feels good to know that you're not alone!
