Mental Clarity in Life and Business with Dara Tomasson. Dara works with quilters as a life coach. She helps clients with weightloss as well as assisting them in developing a healthy mindset to improve and move past the ruts in the road. Dana really wants to help her clients to learn to love themselves, stop self shaming and gain confidence. Aside from being a life coach, Dara has worked as a business coach for long arm quilters and has published several books.
