Cole Chlouber truly grew up with the Leadville Race Series, so the race series couldn’t be in better hands as it heads into the 2021 races and beyond.  Cole and I have a spirited chat about the Leadville Trail 100 past and pandemic present, including the years of the Tarahumaras, David’s integral connection to the series, our own race experiences, the City of Leadville itself, co-founders Ken and Merilee, and a lot more.  We actually recorded this on Feb. 5, David’s 50th birthday, so it was especially poignant.  If you love Leadville, or plan to become part of the Leadville family, which is what every participant becomes, or are just curious about what draws people to this magical place at two miles high in the Colorado Rockies, then you’ll thoroughly enjoy this episode.
