How badass is Karen Howe? Well, she just beat fellow masters runner Meb Keflezighi in the New York City Marathon by 12 seconds in a time of 3:10:22. In doing so she finished 210th out of 22,112 women and 25th in her age group. Karen is a working mother of two and getting better as a runner every year.
