Learning to become self aware of what Is triggering you is one of the most important things you can do for yourself ! We have to totally own our story! Here is a little example of what would trigger me in my situation and how I began to totally reclaim my power! You will be able to relate to this ... If you find that you get overly upset or feel insecure, not good enough or notice that you are living in a state of anxiety way more than you feel you should be then have a listen to todays message.
