This is a bonus episode. Just before we kick start the new series fully next week.

Sometimes on Heads Talk  I have a preliminary conversation with guests prior to the official recording. Here is one for you to listen to. You will see that there is a lot more talking than I would usually do in an official recorded episode, but that is to explain  to the guests what I would like to gain from our conversation, understand what they are interested in talking about in terms of the provision of insights; or with some guests it's a 'get to know you conversation' before the recording. Some guest request this, some don't.

This one is with Ed Alford, CTO of New Look. I'm not sure if the official episode could have gone better than this conversation. Ed was great in providing snippets of information and the work they are doing in the technology arm of New Look; as well as hypothesising on what's to come with the increasing use of digital solutions.

Such a natural flowing conversation and hopefully a great  listen.
